Y GANOLFAN DYSGU CYMRAEG GENEDLAETHOL

We are working with Y Canolfan Dysgu Cymraeg Genedlaethol to produce video and audio resources to help learners of the Welsh language. Our work includes filming mini scenarios, interviews with Welsh celebrities, location filming around various heritage and historical places in Wales.

BBC BITESIZE

We worked closely with an educational expert and a scriptwriter to develop an excellent resource to teach literary techniques in Welsh. We developed several characters to create a high-end production.

THE NATIONAL BOTANICAL GARDEN OF WALES

Optimwm were commissioned by the National Botanic Gardens of Wales, Growing the Future project to develop bilingual online learning resources. The 44 online, Welsh and English, courses included 35 videos, animations and interactive material.

LEAD CREATIVE SCHOOLS

As part of Arts Council Wales’ programme, Optimwm are working with Ysgol Dyffryn Aman to develop an online learning resource to help pupils in year 8 master their Welsh Grammar. The resource involves working with the children to identify and create interactive games as well as film and edit short videos.

ONLNE INDUCTION COURSE

We created an online learning course for the People Management and Performance department of Carmarthenshire County Council. The course is delivered online and includes interactive activities as well as filmed case studies and short videos to impart practical advice to new starters.
